Every year, the UN publishes its Report on Human Development. Most recently, Norway was named the most developed nation in the world, while Niger was least developed. Filmmaker Beltran Rengifo allows us to get to know the people of each nation, and perhaps learn that happiness isn't necessarily tied to the concept of development.
